This all‑in‑one unit with three factory presets for endodontic and prep procedures consolidates multiple functions into a single system to reduce chair time and enhance operatory efficiency. At 15% lighter than competitive* handpiece attachments, this handpiece lets clinicians work longer, with less fatigue, for demanding procedures and full days of patient care.

With the Star E900, you can manage and track** your assets with built in RFID in handpieces, motor and tubing. Using Aeras Intel, the web app supports up to 10 user profiles tracking handpiece usage hours by individual. This helps clinicians optimize procedure efficiency, balance workloads, and increase chair turns.
Actively Monitors Operating Temperature
The 1:5 handpiece attachment includes a sensor in the head that actively monitors the operating temperature of the handpiece. If the handpiece approaches a high temperature, the user is notified with a screen alert, and the motor will shut off to protect the patient and the clinician.

The Star 440 Air-Driven handpiece features the new Secure Grip technology for stability and control. This ergonomic handpiece is optimized for a weightless feel and to minimize pinch-grip fatigue.
